๐ŸŒ Cultural note

In Greece, yogurt is so thick you can stand a spoon in it โ€” and it gets drizzled with honey and topped with walnuts for breakfast. We're using berries instead of honey for a lower-carb spin, but the spirit is the same: simple, real, beautiful.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Stir vanilla and cinnamon into the Greek yogurt.
  2. In two small glasses or mason jars, layer: 1/4 cup yogurt, a spoonful of berries, a pinch of nuts.
  3. Repeat: another 1/4 cup yogurt, more berries, more nuts.
  4. Top with 1 tbsp granola per jar (this is the carb-counted layer โ€” measure it!).
  5. Finish with one bright berry and a mint leaf on top.
  6. Eat immediately, or seal and stash in the fridge for up to 24 hours (granola goes on right before eating to stay crunchy).
