How We Sort Snacks (And Why It Saves My Sanity)

When our daughter was first diagnosed, our pantry was chaos. I'd open the cabinet at 3pm, panic, and grab whatever was closest โ€” usually something I then had to look up, weigh, and bolus for while she was already hangry. What I Wish I'd Known Sooner

Three things, looking back.

One: free-food snacks are the foundation, not the exception. I spent the first month trying to "make every snack a 15g snack" because that's what the meal plan I'd been handed assumed.
