Fluffy little egg muffins studded with melty cheddar and salty bacon โ they're the perfect poppable size and taste like a warm breakfast treat any time of day.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs Eggs โ1g carbs
- 1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese โ1g carbs
- 2 slices Cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tbsp Heavy cream or milk splash โ<1g carbs
- to taste Salt & pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 350ยฐF and grease 4โ6 muffin cups.
- Whisk eggs with the cream, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the cheddar and crumbled bacon.
- Pour into the muffin cups about two-thirds full.
- Bake 15โ18 minutes until set and lightly puffed. Cool slightly and pop out.
