Creamy Greek yogurt spread thin, studded with berries, and frozen into a snappable "bark." It eats like a frozen treat but it's mostly protein-rich yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Two Good vanilla Greek yogurt โ6g carbs
- 1/4 cup Strawberries, sliced โ3g carbs
- 2 tbsp Blueberries โ4g carbs
- 1 tsp Lily's mini chocolate chips โ<1g carbs
Directions
- Line a small tray or plate with parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt into a thin, even layer.
- Scatter berries and a few mini chips over the top.
- Freeze 2โ3 hours, then break into pieces and serve frozen.
Swaps & notes
- Two Good is a lower-sugar yogurt; a regular vanilla Greek yogurt adds a few grams.
- Most carbs come from the berries and yogurt โ measure both.
- Use any berry mix; raspberries add fiber.
Parent tip
Choosing a lower-sugar Greek yogurt keeps protein high and carbs modest, so the frozen treat lands gently. Make a tray ahead and keep pieces in the freezer for a "yes, you can have a frozen treat" answer that won't spike the line.
